0207 613 9527 From North – M25 Jn 25 A10 towards Central London. Through Enfield, Tottenham, Stamford Hill, Stoke Newington into Hackney, all along A10. After Dalston Junction, proceed towards city., still on A10. Turn right at traffic lights just past Geffrye Museum into Falkirk Street. Centre is immediately on left. From South – Elephant and Castle – towards City going across London Bridge. Past Liverpool Street Station and into Shoreditch. Turn left at next lights into Falkirk Street. Centre is immediately on left.. |

Began as the "B" team of London Towers. Towers' under-23s joined NBL 2 in 1996.
Promoted '98. In 1999, "reserve" teams were banned from NBL 1, so they became independent, as Islington White Heat.
Accepted into the new NBL Conference in 2000 (though only after appeal), and renamed Inter-Basket London.
Renamed Hackney in 2002.
Relegated to EBL 2 in 2003, for failure to meet the full criteria for EBL1.
Continuing to lose their better players to teams in higher divisions, they finished next to bottom in EBL2 in 2005, and were relegated to EBL3.
