Leave M1 at Junction 21. Turn towards Leicester on A563, and then take first slip-road, turning right at the end of it (still on A563) onto Lubbesthorpe Way, heading North.

Eventually the road passes under a road bridge, and becomes single carriageway; approx. 1/2 mile further on, at Junction with A47, turn right at traffic island (Hinckley Road).

After about another 1/2 mile, the Leisure Centre is on the right - turn right, into Gooding Road, before the Centre, and then left into Car Park.. 

FACILITIES:

Smart new Sports Centre, including Swimming Pool, and lounge area with snack bar.

Bright court, with tiered wooden "bleacher" seating on one side.

 

HISTORY:

Entered EBL 3 South in 2003, as Leicester Phoenix. Promoted (as runners-up), 2004.

Changed name to "Warriors", andf consolidated well in EBL2, over the next couple of seasons.

Claimed their first silverware, winning the Patron's Cup Final, in 2007, and built on that success the following season with a fourth-place finish.
