The Women's League begins with four "Regions" of seven teams, each playing a single-match round-robin. This lasts until the end of October, when the top two from each Region, plus the two 3rd-place play-off winners will become the new EBL Division 1 Women. The remaining Northern and Midlands teams will form Division 2 Women North, and the remaining South-East and South-West clubs will play in Division 2 Women South.
