EBL 1: Manchester scrape past Leicester; Bristol and Leeds also open with wins;
EBL 2: After two weekends there are only two unbeaten teams in the division! Durham extend winning run to eight in all competitions, but Northumbria go down at Glyndwr; Brixton win at Westminster, to stay top;
EBL 3: Sabres go 5&0 at top of North; Newly promoted Loughborough and Stockport keep up the chase;
London United end Oxford’s unbeaten start in South; Westside and Portsmouth keep in touch with the leaders;

National Cup: Having forfeited their Shield game last week, Team Birmingham (“the new Birmingham Bullets”?) crash out of the Cup in the same manner!
Bradford Dragons lead Sheffield Arrows for three quarters, but fall by six;
Leicester Warriors also uphold the honour of Division 1;
Liverpool dropped out of the Cup during the week.
