HISTORY:

Middlesbrough Lions were accepted into EBL Division 4 in 2009.

Owner/Coach James Thomson runs a basketball development organisation called Game Time, and the Lions have a successful history in local and regional competition, as well as experience in the Founder's Cup (the national competition for non-league clubs).
